ABOUT US
Circolo Botulino is a free, inclusive, and conscious space.
A place where identity, desire, and curiosity meet without judgment.
Here, the body is language, eroticism is culture, and freedom is an art form.
We promote knowledge of sexuality and eroticism in all their expressions—physical, emotional, psychological, artistic, and social.
We believe in freedom as a right, in pleasure as awareness, and in respect as an essential condition for every encounter.
Values and rights
Circolo Botulino supports the protection of equality and the fight against all forms of discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression.
We are inspired by Article 3 of the Italian Constitution, which states:

“All citizens have equal social dignity and are equal before the law,
without distinction of sex, race, language, religion, political opinion,
personal and social conditions.”

MUSIC
Music is the soundtrack of freedom.
Circolo Botulino researches and promotes underground sound cultures, with a focus on techno, house, and tech-house.
Sounds that unite, liberate, and celebrate collective identity, transforming the dance floor into a place of authentic and shared expression.

ART, CINEMA, AND PERFORMANCE
Art is our way of expressing the complexity of desire.
We welcome performances, arthouse cinema, exhibitions, readings, live shows, and projects by emerging artists, alongside icons and historical figures from the queer and independent scene.
A continuous laboratory of ideas, bodies, and visions.

EVENINGS AND COMMUNITY
Circolo Botulino offers free evenings for everyone, where all identities and orientations coexist in respect and spontaneity,
as well as evenings dedicated to specific audiences or tastes—heterosexual, bisexual, or with particular preferences.
This is not exclusion, but care for differences: every person deserves a space where they can feel comfortable, represented, and welcomed.
At the entrance, there is always a careful and respectful selection process, aimed at preserving a safe, inclusive environment consistent with the spirit of the club.
Freedom comes from respect, and respect is our first rule.
