One Pass is a free app for iPhone and Android* that you can download on your mobile through Apple Store and Play Store. At the moment other operating systems are not supported. OnePass allows members to geolocate the nearest clubs and to have information about initiatives and bonuses and possible promotions. 

To set up One Pass you will need to provide a valid email address, the number of your card and your date of birth. 

Thanks to One Pass you will benefit from ARCO cards in digital form and you will also be able to check your membership’s expiration date. You will always need to show your ARCO Card or its digital version to our staff upon entering any of our clubs. 

In order to enjoy possible promotions you just need to show the code that you can find in the PASS section of the app.
